We read your website closely.
Four of the fixes are yours, whatever you decide.

Nobody asked us to do this. We read agit.edu.au closely on 10 August, found twenty things worth fixing and a fee table that does not add up, and then built three complete replacements to see which approach was right. All three are live and you can open them on your phone right now.

The four free fixes What we found The three builds

Four fixes. Take them whether you hire us or not.

These are an afternoon of work on your existing WordPress site. They need no design decision, no new content and no budget. We are giving them to you because they are costing you enrolments this week.

  1. Add a title tag and meta description to the homepage

Your highest-value page currently has neither. Google is guessing what to display, on the one page you most need it to get right. Ten minutes.

  2. Add Open Graph tags

This is the one that matters most. Your site has no Open Graph tags at all, so every link an agent shares on WhatsApp renders as a blank grey box with a URL under it. For a student in Hyderabad who has never heard of you, that grey box is AGIT. Your primary distribution channel is currently showing nothing. Thirty minutes.

  3. Compress six oversized images

Your homepage is roughly 14.7 MB. On throttled 4G in India or Nepal that is a 25 to 40 second load, which in practice means it does not load slowly — it fails. The same six images at the same visible quality come to about 1.5 MB. One afternoon.

  4. Point “Contact Us” at a contact page

It currently resolves to /home/. Your highest-intent navigation item takes people nowhere. Two minutes.

And eight more, at the same price

Two dead # call-to-action buttons. A course card linking to the wrong course. A blob (1) placeholder image live in your partnerships carousel. A malformed agent link. Your logo being served as a WhatsApp screenshot instead of the SVG we already made for you. Say the word and we will send the list with the exact replacement text.

What we found, worst first

Twenty findings, confirmed by direct inspection of the live site on 10 August 2026, and cross-checked against your four course flyers, your brand book, the CRICOS register and training.gov.au.

Losing you enrolments now

14.7 MB homepage
A 25–40 second load on 4G in your two largest source markets. Most of your target audience never sees the page render.
No Open Graph tags
Every agent’s WhatsApp share is a blank grey box. This is your primary recruitment channel and it is currently transmitting nothing.
Dead “Enroll” button
Two Enroll links exist; one points at #. Your primary conversion control does nothing.
“Contact Us” → /home/
Highest-intent nav item, nonsensical destination.
Wrong course card link
The Cyber Security card opens the IT Strategy page. A visitor who wanted cyber security reads about something else and leaves.
“View all courses” → #
A second dead call to action, on the short-courses page.
No named human anywhere
Not one person is named on the entire site. For a parent deciding whether an overseas college is real, an institution with no named person is indistinguishable from a shell.

Costing you search traffic

No title, no meta description
On the homepage. Zero control over how your most valuable page appears in results.
Typo baked into a permalink
/ct60220-… is missing the i. That URL will never rank for the course code it is about.
Slug does not match content
Advanced Data Management lives at …it-strategy-organisational-development-2/.
Abandoned original
The -2 on /how-to-apply-2/ means something still occupies /how-to-apply/.
Agent journey collapsed
“Agents” and “Apply Now” both go to the same page. Agents are a primary channel and they have no route of their own.

Compliance exposure

Five fee rows do not add up
Three domestic ICT60220 rows state $18,500 tuition against a $15,000 total. Offshore BSB80120 parts sum to $14,500 against a stated $14,000. Two payment plans do not sum to their own totals. A prospective student cannot compute a correct figure from your published table, and published fee information carries obligations under the ESOS framework.
Four sources, four fee structures
Website, course flyers, the onshore/offshore flyer and the agent flyer each publish different numbers for the same qualifications. The spread on ICT60220 tuition is $16,000. All four are in circulation.
A prescribed unit title has been overwritten
ICTICT618 prints on your flyer as “Manage AGIT, ethics and privacy”. The national training package says “Manage IP”. A find-and-replace on your own acronym has corrupted a title you are not permitted to alter. This is the most serious documentation error we found.
Provider code in the course code field
Every flyer prints “CRICOS COURSE CODE: 04394M”. That is your provider code. Four qualifications cannot share one course code. This may be a labelling shortcut rather than a registration issue — but it needs resolving before any page publishes a course code, and we are asking rather than asserting.
One duration contradicts itself
BSB80120 is 52 weeks in three sources and 104 weeks on the agent flyer.

Undermining your credibility

RTO and CRICOS codes absent from the homepage
Registration is claimed in prose four times and never once evidenced with the number. The codes are the evidence; the prose is not.
A placeholder is live in production
blob (1) is sitting in your Industry Engagement carousel.
Your logo is a WhatsApp screenshot
Served as WhatsApp-Image-….jpeg, with the favicon derived from the same file — when a proper SVG of that logo already exists, because we drew it in October 2025.
Your brand book says three colours
Black, red, white. The live site uses blues, teals, photographic gradients and multi-colour icons. The identity you commissioned is not the identity you are running.
Three sections say the same thing
Consecutive homepage blocks restate the same four claims with no progression.
Your best credential is buried
The EC-Council Academia partnership is the strongest thing you have and it is inside a news carousel. EC-Council issues the CEH. It is the one certification body your cyber applicants already recognise.

Three replacements, differing on one question

Not three levels of polish. Three answers to the same question: how much of the site do you replace? All three are built, deployed and openable on a phone.

01

The conservative rebuild

One page. Familiar structure, disciplined execution.

Everything the current site should be and is not: 109 KB against 14.7 MB, zero contrast failures, ESOS-safe wording throughout, and it works with JavaScript disabled. The interactive course-pathway graph is present but sits below a conventional hero.

Best if you want the least disruption and the fastest decision.

Costs you the eighteen-page URL surface. It is a single page, so every course URL that currently ranks would need redirecting into one document.

Open V1

02

The interactive network

One page. The curriculum as a live graph, front and centre.

V1’s discipline with a completely different surface. The pathway network moves into the hero and works on touch, the palette goes dark-dominant, and it adds a cost estimator, a course filter, an application timeline and form prefill. Built because V1 did not look like the thing its own documentation claimed it was.

Best if you want a site nobody confuses with a competitor, and you are comfortable being the boldest-looking provider in Perth.

Costs you the same eighteen-page surface, and it is dark — which some of your audience reads as tech-sector rather than educational.

Open V2

05

What we would ship

The whole estate

Eleven pages now, eighteen at launch. Your SEO survives.

A real multi-page site: every course its own page with its own title, description, canonical, Open Graph card and structured data. A 301 map so nothing that ranks today is lost. The cost estimator answering the fee question on the page. And an audit layer you can switch off — every finding above is pinned to the exact element it affects, so you can see the site and the findings at the same time.

Best if you care about the organic traffic you already have.

Costs you the most build time, and it makes your open questions visible — every fee we could not verify shows as an unfilled slot rather than a confident number.

Open V5

V5’s homepage opens on a desk you can throw a die across — each face is a real qualification. Two other opening treatments were built and are still live if you want to compare them: the curriculum as a ball-and-stick model, which is honest because BSBTWK502 genuinely is a core unit in three different qualifications, and the same geometry played for mood. Both cost 620 KB of third-party JavaScript. The desk costs none, which is why it is the one on the front door.

We would ship V5, and here is the one reason

Your live site is roughly eighteen pages and three PDFs. Those course pages pull organic search on terms like “ICT60220 Perth” and “civil construction design diploma Perth” — traffic you are already earning and not paying for.

V1 and V2 are both single-page, and a single-page rebuild would cost you that. We are telling you this about our own work because discovering it later would be worse for both of us. If you pick V1 or V2 anyway, that is a legitimate decision, but make it knowing the trade.

What we need from you before anything publishes

Twenty items, and five of them block everything else. Not one figure on any of the three builds was invented to fill a gap — where we could not verify something, it renders as a visibly unfilled slot.

That is deliberate. On a page whose whole purpose is telling a student what a course costs, a plausible-looking wrong number is not a placeholder. It is a liability.

Blocking
Which of your four fee sources is current and authoritative, and the corrected arithmetic for the five defective rows.
Blocking
The individual CRICOS course code for each qualification.
Blocking
A privacy policy URL. No form we build collects a single field before one exists.
Blocking
Whether BSB80120 is 52 or 104 weeks.
Blocking
Refund policy and Tuition Protection Service statement.
High value
Trainer names, photographs and credentials, with written consent. Real campus photography. One named student advisor with a direct WhatsApp.
High value
Twelve months of intake commencement dates, and the application deadline for each.
High value
Whether the Foundational Cohort Scholarship 2026 is live, and its value and criteria.

The next step is a twenty-minute call.

Not a proposal, not a quote. Twenty minutes to confirm which fee schedule is real, and to hand over the four fixes so you can apply them yourself this week.

Everything on these three sites was built from information AGIT has already published: the website, four course flyers, the brand identity document we produced in October 2025, the CRICOS register and training.gov.au. No AGIT system was accessed and no data was collected.
