  2. How to apply

Five steps. An offer in one to five working days.

The process is the same whether you apply directly or through an authorised education agent. Read the document list before you start — getting certified copies takes longer than filling in the form.

Intakes Monthly Offer processing 1–5 working days Application fee $250, non-refundable

The five steps

Step two is where most of the waiting happens, and it is short.

  1. Submit your application

Online, or through an authorised education agent. Attach every required document — an application missing a certified transcript sits in a queue until the transcript arrives, and that delay is entirely avoidable.

  2. Receive your Letter of Offer

If your application is successful, AGIT issues a Letter of Offer setting out your course, your fees and the conditions attached. Processing takes one to five working days.

This document is the authoritative statement of what you will pay. Not this website, not a flyer, not an agent’s email.

  3. Accept, and pay the initial amount

Sign and return the Acceptance of Offer Agreement, and pay the required initial tuition and fees. That includes the $250 application fee, which is non-refundable.

  4. Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment

The CoE is issued once your requirements are met. It is the document your student visa application is built on, and you cannot lodge without it.

  5. Orientation, then class

Orientation is mandatory. For some intakes it runs in the month before your scheduled start date, so check your date before booking flights.

Documents you need certified

Certified copies, not originals and not photographs of a screen. Start collecting these before you fill in anything.

Entry requirements, by course

Three of the four are the same. One is not, and it is the one people get wrong.

Two things that apply to everyone

A qualification delivered in English for at least twelve months, or an approved ELICOS program, is accepted in place of a test result.

Every student sits a language, literacy and numeracy assessment before enrolment. It is not a pass-or-fail gate — it is how AGIT works out what support you need, and support is available.

Applying through an education agent

A separate route to the same process, and it does not change what you pay.

AGIT works with an authorised agent network. An agent can lodge your application, help assemble documents and explain the process in your language. What an agent cannot do is change the fee schedule, guarantee you a visa or guarantee you a job — if one tells you otherwise, that is your signal to deal with AGIT directly.

If you are unsure whether an agent is authorised, ask admissions before you pay anyone anything.

Check an agent, or apply direct

Monthly intakes. An offer in one to five working days.

Apply directly, or through an authorised education agent. If you would rather ask a question first, that is the faster route — there is a real phone number and a real WhatsApp on the contact page.
